1st Grade Proud!

This morning Aub had her 1st grade awards assembly! She recieved quit a few awards on reading, she loves reading and reads all the time. She also received 1st grades highest award, the Citizenship Award...each teacher picks 2 students from their class for this award. I am so proud of her for winning this award. Way to go Aubree Rian!!

The awesome thing about the Citizenship Award is that two little boys (Zac Kindrix & Noah Sherer) from our church won it in their classes also. We were laughing saying Oakcrest swept the Citizenship Award this year in 1st grade!!

After the awards Robin, Wayne (Zac's Parents), Justin (Noah's dad) and I took the kids to Mazzios for a celebration lunch! We are so proud of them! WAY TO GO GUYS!!!

Congratulations to eveyone on the end of another school year!! I can't believe I have a 2nd grader and a Pre K'r next fall!! Have a happy, safe and fun summer! :-)
